Please be informed that a National Board Meeting of Second Chance Global Ministries is scheduled on Saturday, August 4th, 2007 at the Hilton Hotel Philadelphia, 4200 City Line Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131. The meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 A.M. and ends at 12:00 noon. Directions and more information will soon be coming to you.
There are about fifty persons going on the Mission Trip to the four West African Countries (Benin or Sierra Leone, Ghana, Senegal and Liberia). The list includes some local pastors from Philadelphia and South Jersey. Our Agenda will include: (1) Purpose of the Mission Trip (2) Expenses & Expectations for the Trip—Air Fares, Hotels, Food, Duration of Trip, etc (3) Medical Advice from Dr. Crump (4) Land/Building Purchase for SCGM Headquarters (5) Using Some of the Members of the Lost Boys of Sudan for Relief Projects in Darfur, Southern Sudan. Some of them are now visiting Second Chance Global Ministries worship services. This is unique because more than three and a half million people have been killed through the Civil War and government genocide. This is almost the population of the State of Kentucky. They need our help. (6) Possible Partnership with Maple Springs Bible College and Seminary (7) Choosing of Chairman and other officers of SCGM.
