Here you will find information concerning our vision. We hope you find your time spent here a blessing and we hope you make a donationh to help us help Africa. Our leadership team is composed of warm and loving people and we want you to feel comfortable and at liberty to call us for questions or infomaiton.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE REASONS WHY WE EXIST
1. We exist to meet the needs of people. These needs include spiritual, emotional, relational, social or physical.
2. Africa is the heart of our work. We are presently working on three projects: Water Project, Medical Aid and Education.
3. Water Project will stop preventable illnesses and premaure death. People in the rural part of Libera for example died from cholera, typhoid, diarrhea, etc. We want to install hand pumps in the villages for people to have clean water. One hand pump cost about $250.00 USD. It usually last for a long time and will supply water for a village of 150 people or more. We need help to install hand pumps in needed areas in the jungle.
4. Medical need in Afrida is unlimited. Africa is bigger than the United States and Canada combined in area and population. We may not be ablel to cover all areas. Our target countries at this time is Liberia and Sierra Leone. Civil War left countless number of children without father or mother. HIV and AIDS are among the killers disease in Africa. Malaria , cholera, and typhoid are killing children as well as adults. We have medical doctors on our Board but we need resources for them to help us buy and dispense medicine. We are praying for seven million people to give us $1.00 each. That will be $7,000,000.00. This will help us to begin work in these three area s (Water, Medical, and Education) immediately.
4. Education is a key to underdeveloped countries like Liberia and Sierra Leone. Civil Wars have left so many children as orphans. Opening Schools that are staffed by educated Africans or Western Missionaries will help to improve the living conditions of people. Let me emphasize that our vision is to devote most of our resources to meet the needs of hurting people who are poor, disadvantaged, displaced, downtrodden, and forgotten. Because of the Civil Wars in Liberia and Sierra Leone, some of the peope, (Mostly women and children) are mentally ill or otherwise are psychologically disfranchised.
